Default support??

Perhaps posting here will get something done.


I have tarball up all my cpanel accts and move them from another host to hostnine.I have ask for the cpanel backup tarballs to be decompressed and then switch my ips on name servers.

I have email support twice asking for the tarballs to be decompressed.
24 hours later they still are not.(support answered and said
Backup is being restored now. Have a nice day.)

I hate doing business this way,but I have been trying to get up and running for 3 full days and seems the problems are all on your end from the get go as sales could not even send me my logins untill I call and complained about it.(I had already sent 2 emails for that one also)

What must I do to get any type of service to my support emails?

I apologize as this delay was due to our transfers department being extremely busy.

I'll have this taken care of ASAP and we will compensate for this unusual delay.
