Default Cancelling a domain name

I received an invoice for the domain fortunesportsbar.com on Dec. 4.

I tried to cancel the domain name by searching support site but no go. Talked to sales they told me put in a ticket to billing. For some reason security question locked me out of my account. Put in a ticket to billings requesting access to account and cancelling the domain name. Ticket sent Dec 8 or 9 early morning.

I receive an email back from Nick H. asking me for Client ID and account info. on Dec 9. Ticket no.: TBK-918844

Information sent back Dec 10.

I receive another email from Nick H, that security question was taken off. Dec 13.

All the while, the domain gets proccessed on Dec. 12 and billed. Do you see something wrong here? When I first accessed my account on Dec 8, it said I did not have a security question. So, I chose one and replied. Then when I went to access my account again, it rejected my answer and locked me out of my account. So I put in a ticket with the subject "Security question and domain cancellation" and explained what happened and that I did not want this particular domain. But the only thing they did was to remove the security question not cancel the domain.

I do not want the domain name and I do not want to pay for it. I put in a ticket in a timely fashion and it isn't any fault of mine that the system rejected my security question in which I created 2 mins before nor that it took billing this amount of time.

The forums are not the place to resolve billing issues. I have replied to all your tickets and answered every question you had, and you need to continue working directly with me via the forums.
