Default Backups not being done

I just wanted to let all resellers know your hosting accounts with hostnine may not be getting backed up like they have stated on there website. I had a client who was wanting a restore from the backup. According to hostnine in the ticket I submitted LAG-423907 on 29 Nov 2009 12:49 PM. The last backup done for the account "I am seeing the last is September 22nd."

Also HostNine when will the ticket get replied too. Its been sitting open in the managers area since I submitted it and got the original reply. That is like 13 days with no reply. This is a rather important issue and I find it unacceptable to not reply back to a very important ticket like this. If one account does not have a backup for almost 2 months then how about every other account hosted with HostNine?
