Wow, how long do these things normally last? And isn't there anything that can be done?

I submitted a ticket to say that I know that node89 is having problems but that was able to access my emails and sites, only slower but now, I can't access emails or sites at all.

The reply was a link to the forum post http://www.hostnine.com/hosting-foru...89-issues.html which has not been updated for a long time.

Sites are up again and the speed looks good. Was told by another support staff that

"Because of the nature of the issue, your web sites may be inaccessible periodically. We do apologize for the inconvenience."

I would have been so much happier if they had told me that in the first place. Thanks Jeff S.
