Default Email problems

We have a reseller hosting plan and we have about 25 accounts. We usually get complains from our customers saying their emails aren't working correctly. This has happened for about one year. We have lost 2 clients already because of this and i can't see a solution for this. Anyone else is having the same problem ? They say they can't send emails (probably marked as spam) and WORST OF ALL they cant receive emails sometimes.
Please we need an urgen solution for this.

join the club... I've the same complaint here as well with clients..

for some reason it appear everything work fine and suddenly the same or similar problem will be back again.. mail won't be delivered etc.. Or someone will send them an email and they won't get it but the person sitting beside them will get it.. they resend the email again, and everything is fine again.. its a known issue which I dont know if they will fix or not.. but very annoying.. I had 19 clients I think with H9.. dropped to 14 or 15 now.. since the September.. because of emails issues during the year ....

I have a client who uses AOL so I insisted that she use webmail because AOL blacklists the server so often that I wouldn't even dare to try to forward her email to there. But now that cpanel has just been upgraded, she can't login at all.

I have had the same problem for years! It happens every few days. I have checked and rechecked all settings, thought that it might be a reverse dns problem or I was blacklisted somewhere. It seems that people are having problems sending to the H9 domain, possibly due to H9 shared servers IP being blacklisted?!? Please H9 we have been very patient and deserve an answer to the email issue. Whats up?

Same problems here. Furious customers that can't send to aol.com addresses and are not able to send to other e-mail addresses on the same domain. Checked mxtoolbox.com for the shared ip address and it is on blacklists. H9 needs to get their act together. I'd be gone if it were not for the 20+ sites i'd have to migrate databases for and re-set up outlook/outlook express profiles for.

This use to be not a huge problem, but I have to agree with many of you here that many of the IP blocks are blacklisted. In order to keep the customers, we had to come up with another solution just for e-mail purposes wise. However the number of black listings I have seen have decreased, it seems to be narrowed down to RDNS now which SpamCannibal and SpamRATS will flag. This is typically from the server having a spammy netblock and has a missing, generic, or identical (non-unique) PTR record. H9 RDNS in being <ip address>.rdns.ubiquityservers.com which according to SpamCannibal is an example of generic, or identical PTR record. So I'm sure H9 has been working on clearing up all these blacklisting issues, as over in the past year, I have seen it slowly decreased (endless battle with spam), but would like to know how to resolve this RDNS. I have a open ticket so hope things will get better.
