Domain Registrar requires use of their TOS

I signed up with NetEarthOne because the price is better and it cost me nothing to get setup, plus they don't require a large deposit of funds to get started.

They are already integrated with WHMCS and can be selected from the drop down.

The question that I have is that they have a TOS for domain purchases that must be present to and accepted by the client before the domain purchase can be completed. Has anyone dealt with this before?

I have the customers already accepting my TOS for hosting so how would I go about adding the TOS and acceptance for the NEO domain registrations?

Or is this already built it and I just don't know that?

Nevermind. I created language variables for it and added it to the viewcart.tpl with some code to only show it if there are domains involved.
