Unhappy New RS Account 50 domains transfered HOW?

New to H9 hosting. While signing up, I read that I could transfer up to 50 domains from my previous host. I opened secure.hostnine.com/billing, signed in, and submitted tickets for 10 transfers. Waited 4 days, and then received "trying to transfer a domain? Go to the page secure.hostnine.com/billing and click on domains and there you can submit transfer request." I went there again, and it lists my main domain, but not a single place to click or fill out to request a transfer. I selected submit a ticket, and I am back where I started from again, all my tickets listed as "Hold". Exactly where do I go to transfer my domains into my account from my previous host? Before my 30 days of free transfers runs out? (conveniently for host9!)

Does the current host use cPanel? If not, they are not going to do the transfers for you.

I had the same issue and was told that unless they are cPanel they won't do the transfers. Of course, they don't tell you that up front. I had to handle all of the transfers and moving for website files, databases, and shopping carts myself.

This is for website transfers/moves. For domains, I don't know. I did not move the registered domain names to my new registrar.

Who are you using for a registrar anyway? I ended up choosing NetEarthOne because of price and the fact that they don't require huge amounts of money to be deposited with them.
