Default Have a few questions about getting setup

I have created plans and added accounts in RC.

I have created plans in WHMCS.

I think that I have done everything in the Getting Started Guide.

How do I get the accounts from RC to WHMCS?

Is there documentation that takes you from setting up RC to setting up WHMCS?

What about server status on website? Is there a way to do that?

I am not usually a dumby but I feel like I am trying to set all of this up with only part of the information, kind of like putting together a kid's toy on christmas eve without the instructions.....it gets put together but there are some parts left over.

Is there any place I can go to get full documentation that walks you through every step from logging into RC for the first time to setting up customer, servers, etc?

I can't find anything that help all that much. Too much information in too many places and none of it is done specifically for those of us using RC and WHMCS.

I am guessing as to whether I have things setup right or not and that is not really the way to go about something this important.

If I contact WHMCS they tell me to contact H9. If I contact H9, they tell me to contact WHMCS.

I only have a few questions that should have simple answers that pertain to setting up WHMCS with RC but H9 tell me to contact WHMCS when it is H9 servers that I need to know about.

Right now, I have been trying to get everything up and running for 3 weeks now and it looks like the only way that I will know if things are setup right or not is when I get an order that either succeeds or fails. If it succeeds great but what if it doesn't. Then I look like I can't run my business.

I put in a support ticket with WHMCS 2 days ago and still haven't heard from them and H9 is about the same. Then when I do finally get an answer, it is a non-answer.

Nobody here on the forum answers any of my questions. Even if they are dumb questions, someone could take the time to go "That is is dumbest question I have ever heard. Have you read x, y or z.

Maybe you and I are the only 2 people still using this forum.
