I keep seeing the average response times of tickets increase more and more every week. I'm getting a bit concerned HostNine is growing to big to offer good support. The last few times I've submitted tickets I get short non detailed explainations which require me to respond again and again to get a really simple problem resolved. I'm concerned for my well being, my clients well being and for HostNine's. On top of ticket response time, I just called HostNine and chose every option available only to sit on hold for 30-45 minutes each time before getting disconnected by the automation of their telephone system. Sales, Billing and Tech Support... So 1.5 hrs later of waiting on hold and I'm still wondering if HostNine is still in business.
Does anyone else see this as being a problem? How are you other Resellers handling this? Thanks, Chris |
