Default Support asked for and rules followed.

I have a ticket with my lat 3 postings on the 5-7th Oct and no follow up or explanation. I was polite and supplied as much info as I could.

I followed the rules and wrote to the managers when the ticket wasnt answered on the 9/10 and still no answer.

It is now the 12th.

I am still trying to be pateint and polite, but this is not fair or acceptable.

Please people how do you expect anybody from support to help you when you do not include your ticket #/s in all posts, do you think support remembers all ticket #'s?

Sorry to those guys who are helpers on the forum and dont have access to the ticket system but the managers do.

The manager must be able to see tickets that have escalated written on them and havent been dealt with for over a week as in the same way they must be able to see the emails that do have the ticket numbers on them.

Hi Ben my site is not propegating, I cant send and recieve emails using my normal email as this is the site that is down. i have now sent emails to you this morning from another email addy.

I am trying to use the ticket system but the ticket above is pretty much being ignored, lost or forgteen.

I am fed up with not having support or access to the site apart from when one or 2 from managment help out.

Please please please can this get sorted and the ticket system get back to being a help system.

I left hostgator to come to you because your support was second to none - now it is none.

Please help

p.s. I cant even see dns zones for the site in cpanel.
