Hello,
All of our WHM servers are at the maximum capacity that we will allow them to be. We are not in any position to add any additional space/bandwidth to those servers as it could end up causing issues. Our new ResellerCentral platform allows us to rotate new accounts to different servers when one server is full, thus ensuring that no one server gets overloaded with too many accounts, too much space/bandwidth, etc. This type of function is not available on the limited WHM platform. If you have any further questions please direct them to us on the helpdesk. |
