Default account migration questions

I upgraded to RC the other day and I tried to migrate a domain to the florida location. later i get an email saying "migration failed" with no real explanation as to why it failed. I open a ticket and thats the last I hear about it.

Today I register a new domain, create an account in RC and put it on the florida location but this time i get a message saying that location is full, please select another location. So I change it to New York and everything seems fine.

meanwhile my previous account is now listed under suspended accounts for the reason "pending migration", if the florida location is that full than I dont really want my site there. can i unsuspend my account and try to migrate it to a location other than florida?

also, in RC my main reseller account isnt listed under my accounts...do i need to create a new account and package for it to show up?

Recomendation, please provide all ticket #'s regarding the migration, the ticket # when it generated the migration(if any) and when you opened up the new ticket to ask about it

Please people ALWAYS provide Ticket Numbers.
