Is anyone else affected by the outage of Node 72???
http://www.hostnine.com/hosting-foru...os-attack.html I have yet to hear anything and my website is still down. To top it off the website that is here is the one with my WHMCS license so guess what my entire web hosting business has been down since the DDoS attack and support has been unable to provide any updates to what is going on. They request to know what server your referencing however if they looked at the original ticket post it had the server node right there. I think that HostNine needs to have a better system of keeping affected clients especially resellers informed as to what is going on. Lack of information is just unprofessional and shows the clients that you can just careless! |
