So I have a client who "syncronized" her website with the files she was uploading thinking she wouldn't need any of the other "junk" and I think she removed all the add on files because this is the message she keeps getting:
No cPAddons configuration found. Please contact your host and ask that they configure cPAddons. Also when she tries to use Fantastico it says it worked and it installed the add ons but then it gives here another error message code 500 or something. Now, my old hosting provider had a nifty buttont hat re-installed all scripts but I can not figure out on my reseller log in or control pannel or on their cPanel how to re-install all this content. Can anyone help me out? |
