accessing RC
I havent used my reseller account in awhile but since I created a new domain I was following the how to guide. I tried to log into Rc but i get invalid username/password. I used the same username/pwd I use for WHM to no avail.
So I contacted support and was told unless I was upgraded I cant access RC. How do I get upgraded? How long does it take and is there any real advantage of using RC over WHM when I only host two of my own personal sites?
