Default How does my client register a domain name?

Ok so I just signed up today to HostNine for my Reseller Hosting Account. By the images on the HostNine website I am very confused because I thought this would be a semi automated venture where I could add plans on my site and the customer could register a domain and choose a hosting package, pay, and its ready.

It seems that this is possible with WHMCS Billing Software but I don't see access to it anywhere, I go to the Flash Tutorials section but it gives me the following error whenever I click on any of them:

Not Found
The requested URL /tutorials/cPanel/Add_FTP_Account.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at support.hostnine.com Port 80

The same thing happens when I click on Addons. Is this very common? Additionally I do not see any number I can call for phone support and live chat will only talk to me about sales, I have to say I wouldn't mind canceling right now and paying a higher fee if this is the type of support I can expect.

Any tips that anyone can give me?

In order to have accounts set up automaticly you have to use WHMCS! Contact support via support ticket to get that download link. Or you can always create the accounts your self via https://cp.hostnine.com. also use that url to create your plans. A for as the registering domains. You will have to sign up over at eNom - domain name, internet services, dns hosting hostnine just gives you a free account through them. Contact support for more info!

For better support open a support ticket or call the following number 1-877-251-HOST
They can help you better then i can! Hope i atleast helpped a little! ^_^
