Default node42 Cron

Not sure why this hasn't been fixed or even reported, maybe its just me?

Several domains on node42 and cant get cron to run on any of them.

All was working well until I believe the 16th of last month.

little help please?

This is something that requires server changes, please email support.

I did notice cron was not running on that node so I gave it a quick restart. While we love when customers use the forums to discuss things among the community something like this should be pushed into a ticket just so it's resolved quicker.

Sorry some times as now I am not on the machine that has my account number and log in information for the ticket system. Sure would be simplified if it were a stub of cp, and didn't require a separate log in etc.

No worries. You can always email support@hostnine.com any time and it will automatically create a ticket for you under your email address. Most of our customers submit tickets that way especially if they are mobile or at another location.

Ahh thats really interesting to know actually. This could be useful sometimes.
