Default Windows servers, temporary browser path?

Prior to changing DNS settings for a domain to point to an account, I am able to access the site via the following path on Linux servers:

http://node1.myserverhosts.com/~accountname

Does anyone know how to do the same thing with the Windows servers? I've tried the following, but it doesn't work:

http://win2.myserverhosts.com/~accountname

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Plesk does it a little different for windows, you would preview the site as below:
