Default WHMCS Has Arrived!

We're happy to announce our new partnership with WHMCS. While we will still be offering Modernbill for existing customers we will be providing all existing/new resellers with a free copy of WHMCS.

For more details on WHMCS please see their website: www.whmcs.com

We feel this will be a better platform for our resellers to use as it's much easier to setup and has a built in module for Reseller Central. With WHMCS you have the option of mapping locations to packages within the billing software or adding a dropdown box to your order form to allow your potential customers to choose their location as they sign up.

There is a built in import script to import MB4 & 5 into the WHMCS system. We will have full documentation and upgrade instructions available shortly.

Thats great! Haven't been able to use Reseller Central. No plugin for mb 5. I've had lots and lots of problems with mb 5. Looking forward to WHMCS

Excitedly waiting for "We will have full documentation and upgrade instructions available shortly."

Thanks

Will you offer free upgrade if I am using AWBS billing system?
Or do I need to do it on my own?

Hi,

The license is free but that you would have to do on your own. WHMCS does have an import script available for that system though so it shouldn't be too difficult.

I went to their website, but I did not see anything there. What do I need to do to get WHMCS?

Question

This sounds great. I use mb 4.4.1:B-2:K:001:21 with whm and cpanel on the basin server...

if i have H9 do the changeover to whmcs/rc for me will all my hosting accounts and setups stay intact? I realize i will have to change some links on my hosting website but i DO NOT want to have hours and hours of tweaking accounts/whmcs to get things working again or have accounts down for hours because things need to tweaked out for the new setup?????

Can anyone tell me what i will have to do on my end if any after the upgrade to whmcs/rc?? p.s... can i keep my current MB setup intact until i make sure the upgrade is working like it should??

Also:where can i find a demo for RC? cant seem to find one?

Thanks for the help!!
Jeff
