beginner for reseller Business

Hi all
I am new to reseller .Wel i am from india.
I have some question.I want to enable domain registration from my website and then to choose webhosting plans.is it possible by default from the entry level account.

P.S i dont have credit card.i do have paypal..

Please guide me thrugh this..

Do H9 allow over selling?

And will modernbill get preinstalled or should we install it maunally?or any others who offer the service

And regarding modern bill the domain registration will be through which service provider like enom or any other..

If its anyother do i get it for free?

You would need to install and configure it.
