Unhappy [resolved] I can't even signup

Hello,

I keep getting a fraud error when I am trying to signup to the reseller account. I have tried 3 times. I have a coupon as well. I do not know what the problem is.

Here is my ticket: RMU-397532

I have tried to call, and was on hold for over 30 minutes (not a good business practice). I hope this is not a one man operation.

I have read many good and bad reviews regarding Host9 and I wanted to try it for myself.

Please resolve.

Unhappy Need help - Usernames on Domains

Hello Nick,

I have another ticket, it seems as though through the reseller interface when setting up a new domain, it will accept a username with an underscore. When trying to use this username with an underscore, FTP or Cpanel access is NOT working. I have replicated this for 2 accounts. I have a 3rd account with a username without the underscore and I am able to log into FTP and Cpanel. Please take a look at this ticket.

ticket: WVU-754647

I need these usernames renamed to the username in the ticket without the underscore to gain FTP and Cpanel access to these domains.

Please advise.
