Question [resolved] waiting 3 days for response from billing ticket [[On a weekend]]

Well, it has been 3 days since I got any response from my billing support ticket.

The billing manager said...
"Hello,

Thank you for your recent purchase with us.

Due to higher scrutiny by our merchant payment processor, please provide a scanned photo ID with the billing address on it so we can verify you as the credit card or PayPal account holder. Once we receive this, your account will be activated right away."

It's been 3 days since I sent the appropriate ID and I have not heard a peep out of HostNine since. Apparently HostNine uses a completely different definition of "right away" from the rest of the planet.

I tried creating a new ticket but was told not to. How long should I have to wait before giving up completely?

I never experienced this problem with HostNine last time I had a website hosted with them. I closed that site after 2 years, now I wish I had kept it active so I didn't have to go through this stupid waiting.

Apparently my ticket was finally responded to while I was typing that last email.

The Sales & Billing Departments do not work weekends or holidays, so you will notice a delay during those times. Your ticket is now resolved, so I'll be closing this thread.
