Hmm, I'm sorry but I really don't understand what you are talking about. It sounds like you either paid for the hosting but never got it, or you haven't paid yet. I would advise that you send an email to sales or support [at] hostnine [dot] com

uhhhmmmm - okay. I too don't follow what you need. Your statement is extremely fragmented and in return, makes it extremely difficult to understand fully what you are needing, asking, or wanting.

If your asking about H9 and their service and you "need host" (per title) then these guys I am sure can help get you taken care of.

If it is in regards to a domain, you need to contact your registrar or previous hosting provider to see about getting it transferred.

Other than that - I am lost on what you need.
