Default how long before account activation?

yesterday I spoke to a lad on the chat, and was told that it takes usually up to 12hrs to have an account activated,
so I went for it, ordered and paid, yet today it is still not working (statusending)

I have opened a ticket sth like 6 hours after I paid, and no response until now.
earlier today I was told on chat that I am being given "a priority" with activation, but no luck so far

28hrs after I paid and I don't have access to the account. strange. could anybody answer me how long I have to wait, and this time I would like to know what I am talking to

still no contact, account still not active.

Thats worrying because I have just purchased hosting after recieving all the neccessary details like nameservers etc and when I finished my wordpress set up I tried to go to my site via http://domain.com/wp-admin but nothing is there..I want to get going with my campaign but this is holding me back..If I don,t get it by tomorrow I will make sure not to use Host9 for future hosting..I don,t like the delay..

If you didn't receive any ticket. Try to follow up by sending an email to customer support. I know, they will address you concern right away.
