Unhappy What is the standard time for response

I am just wondering how long do you have to wait for a reseller account midlevel to be set up and detail;s sent to you please?

I have tried calling from our New Zealand country and was on hold for 25 minutes and still no one answered, Looks like this free month trial is turning out expensive for me.

Can someone please respond to my e-mail so i can get my details for my account please. I got the normal invoice ones and that is it.

Thank you for your response mate,

ID is: XVW-553483

I was asked to send in photo i.d and sent my drivers licence along with power utility bill to also confirm my address and was told blake would activate right away in an email but i still havent got the email containing all my info

Name servers, whm,cpanel ect ect?

Can you sort this now if possible please.
