Talking Hello! Question?

hello im thinking of getting your "Reseller Hosting" package thing. and i have a few questions.

1. Do you provide a site? or should i pick up a hosting plan to host my site? and on that note how/can do/i integrate a perches form?

2. How do i offer domain names to my customers? as far as i can tell you have the ability to do that all ready do that but how dose it work?

3. "Overselling Allowed"? i really don't know what that means.

4. if i get the entry package can i upgrade to the top or Midlevel packages before the end of the year? and do you have a time interval before you can upgrade again?

and a final note. do you have a link to a site of an existing reseller so i can take a look at all this in action? thanks!

You will need a FQDN(fully qualified domain name) for this and that is it. Your plan will be setup under that name with no other plan required.

Unless it has changed, you get a free license for WHMCS which is a billing/management solution and they have a domain reseller option you can setup.

This allows you to subscribe to a plan with say 15GB of disk space and sell your plans with say 1GB of diskspace and sell more than 15 plans as most will not use all of the space. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and that of your clients and you can upgrade when getting close but BEFORE exceeding either disk or bandwidth allotments.

You can upgrade at any time...no interval

Hi,

I'm probably not the best one for legal advice, but I'm sure if you wanted to start "trading" you wil need to register your business within your local laws...

Are you in the UK or US or somewhere else?

I would at a minimum talk to your accountant as to what type of formation would be most advantageous and then do what ever you have to in Canada to establish yourself in the suggested manner
