Reseller Hosting Sales Questions

Hi I am new to hostnine.com and I am pretty much impress with the website design and what you have to offer for the reseller plan. I called the toll-free but I guess no one answered so I will post it on the forum.

Questions:

1. For example if I have a customer that encounters a problem which I do not know how to fix will hostnine.com solve the issue for me?

2. If I need like a software to be installed on my reseller website or my customers website will you guys install it? I mean like vbulletin, ipb, and other scripts for free?

3. Do you guys provide a domain reseller so I can sell it to my customers. If so, can you tell me how much the price will be for one yearly.

We do not deal directly with your customers, however if there is a server related issue that you are unable to resolve you can contact us and we will be able to look into it for you.

I am sorry, unfortunately our support does not cover installing 3rd party scripts.

Domains are as low as $8.95 per year, simply contact our sales department for more information.
