Using RC you can create private name servers or...use the default H9 nameservers and these are different for each server and location.

You can also "migrate" your accounts to other servers in locations in the US and abroad and still control centrally via RC(H9's WHM implementation).

If you are not - you should begin a social bookmarking campaign or hire it done at your option.

each location to your site by a separate domain name will count as a different site. Just use subdomains in your site for extra leverage.

Google checks the server & IP class/CID and determines that if all is local to the same it is not weighted the same as if it is from another server /IP/CID - -
Of course they do not publish these details
