What does a "Fully Managed" Dedicated Sever mean?
What does it mean when it says all Dedicated Severs are "Fully Managed"?

Other "low-ball" providers get you the hardware and you are on your own...
Managed can mean if you require a setting that you do not know how to set, a port opened, updates to applications, install of additional apps and many other things, you have H9 to turn to for assistance. They also monitor major in service issues and correct if needed.

I have not been charged and I also am using H9 as a tutor to get me up to speed on items that I am not savy on.
