I will never understand the lack of documentation from both program writers and hosts.
So, I turn on register globals through a .htaccess file in my public_html directory, and then for some odd reason it brings back the 500 Error. Why is having a .htaccess file (even if empty) in my public_html directory causing ModernBill installation not to work? |

WIth php running as suexec (or whatever it is) you need to remove this line from your htaccess and put it in a php.ini in the same directory
