Modern Bill Installation

I have been working all day to get Modern Bill installed. I need some step by step instructions. I hope someone can help me!

I downloaded on the advice of support v.4 I uploaded the tar in binary to my public_html and also to the root dir. I extracted the files using ssh. Then I changed the config.locale.php file. then proceed to the browser to install. I have done this numerous times to no avail. At one point I got to step one and it kept telling me zend was not installed, I downloaded that and tried to install to no avail. Support tells me zend is installed by them. Ok, I noticed ioncube was ok, so I download the tar for that and tried to install it, to no avail. Nothing is working. I have been back and forth with support to check my account set up ect. They assure me everything is ok. I need suggestions.... I get

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Problem solved by Joshua.......................people I'm telling you save yourself some time and let him do it. The sooner you get setup the sooner you start to make money..................it is worth it believe me.

I think I am having the same problem as you are. However it is v5, the order form comes up with the 500 internal server error. I am working on fixing it.
Is it something to do with .htaccess? What should I change?

Well, until my site's server died, and an old backup was placed - wiping out the Modern Bill install folder.
