Default Smarty TMP folder location
OK, in ModernBill V5 where exactly do I create the TMP folder if the location is /tmp

I've tried several locations and it doesn't seem to work.

I'm receiving the error...

Error: Unable to locate the smarty compile directory. []

well we have a tmp directory but its not available to us i had to get the admin to manually clear the temp directory of the files..
