Default php.ini file settings

hi
i'm a reseller trying to install modernbill
can someone please tell me

how do you change the php.ini file settings to

match the first step of the install

Step 1: System Test - PHP

§ error_reporting = 2039

§ magic_quotes_gpc = On

§ magic_quotes_runtime = Off

§ magic_quotes_sybase = Off

§ memory_limit = 32M

§ open_basedir = no value

§ register_argc_argv = On

§ register_globals = On

§ register_long_arrays = On

§ short_open_tag = On

§ safe_mode = Off

You can't edit the php.ini file directly, so what you'll have to do is edit your .htaccess file and put in the equivalent values. Can try searching Google for these things as it isn't the exact same as above.

I haven't had to modify anything like that when I was installing.

There were a couple of "red" items, one was ioncube and the other was something I don't remember. I ignored them and it all works fine
