Default ModernBill through H9 SUCKS!

My domain has been down 2 days now, thanks to a glitch in Modernbill, I never received any notification of domain renewal or was there any unpaid invoices in MB, had to send a ticket to sales for them to help out, now my domain is updated and paid for, however my site is still down.
After reading a few threads here at the forum, am amazed that H9 have not done anything to fix the situation, just shut down a site, without any notification, because there software does not update properly, meaning ModernBill.
I have better things to do, than spending half a day trying to get my site running due to a notification failure.

I suppose that ModernBill works for those that have it installed on their on PC, maybe ok for them, but H9, it's about time to get rid of this horrible software, because it certainly does not work here.

My husband, who also has accounts at H9, has had problems for over a year, just with MB, seems that the staff are unable to correct certain areas, not showing correct data.

Don't get me wrong, staff at H9 are very helpful and supportive and response time negliable.

Appreciate some feedback from other members

Yolly

PS, site and domain now working, Thanks Joshua!

I have been in touch with Ben when I tried to sgn up before and WHMCS is only available to re-sellers at the moment not web hosting accounts, but I believe from another source that is coming in the near future.

I had problems also with ModernBill in the past
