Default Thanks for the good work

After trying to deal with h9 support re installing modernbill which I might add they did not meet their implied level of support from their resellers modern bill page

H9's level of support to very specific questions was to read the manual, well I suppose that if you read the above quote they don't actually say they will help you with the software or the install of it just that you can install it.

So...
I contacted Liam got a quote and gave him the go ahead and he has been just great. Our modernbill is up and running and he has even promised further support to iron out any bugs.

We are really happy with the service.

NOT fully satisfied

We too have used their services but are NOT fully satisfied. Although quick to respond Liam does NOT fully know the modernbill software, and will admit it AFTER the fact, and will not be able to complete a full and complete integration. We still have issues such as daily reports that continue to come in with processing clients who are not, no invoices listed etc. His response was "I am not to sure on the invoice reports."

If you are looking for a FULL integration look elsewhere but if you can live with some issues that don't work but the orders process correctly Liam is your man because of his quick responses.

Thanks for your comments - With your comments i can improve the service.

I did email you stating it was only a config with WHM, Packages etc before you signed up and with your invoice reports there may have been a bug in the software in which modern bill needs to take a look at. Everything quoted on was delivered and tested. I simply asked you to email modernbill directly.

I can only add that while poster SWG was not fully satisfied, that I not having time to ferret out yet another package intgegration comissioned Liam for certian services.

I found their service to be fully professional, and that any and all issues that I had were addressed promptly and with a professionalism that is lacking in many other places.

I fully recommend their service if you do not know or do not have the time to address it yourself. They can not fix the bug issues that are within the applications, but can and do an excellent and complete job at enabling the items that do function correctly.

Be complete and consise on what it is that you want and you will receive what you comission for.
