Smile MB4.4 Login Problem

I have installed a fresh copy of ModernBill 4.4. When I try to login as admin, I received terms of use with accept and reject buttons below it. When I click either accept or reject, I am sent back to login screen. If I try again, situation remains same.

Is there anybody who can help me? H9 support staff have refused to deal with it.

Hiya,

Submit a ticket and get a copy of a standard php.ini and then you can modify it to turn register_globals = On for your site, and it will work.

I have just submitted the ticket. But I have earlier run a phpinfo() command and saw that register_globals are on by default. There might be some other problem.

The most common problem with these are that users make a blank php.ini with their custom values. When you do this, you miss the required lines that include Zend & ioncube among other modules, causing the error. That's why it's best to get a regular php.ini from us that includes this, so you can change the values to your needs, but also including standard modules that you would normally miss.
