Are you currently using Modernbill with HostNine? If so please fill out www.hostnine.com/whmcs/ before Jan 31st, 2008 and not only will we install WHMCS for you at no charge but we will complete the Modernbill Import and Reseller Central/cPanel configuration for you at no charge.
Once again that form is: www.hostnine.com/whmcs/ and there is NO charge for the software/upgrade. |

The form on www.hostnine.com/whmcs/ requests a Client ID and email address.
What Client ID and what email address should go here? |

Hi,
client id can be left blank. The email address is your email address on file. |

If we do not wish to switch to WHMCS and keep using modernbill are we able to?
If so, and later on we decide to change to WHMCS (ie after Jan 31st) will there be charges associated? If so, how much? - Or is the offer before that date only for the installation service? |

Much appreciated. Had used ModernBill for only about a month, and was beginning to go crazy.

>> We are not discontinuing Modernbill at this time, but we will not rule that possibility out in the future. If that would happen in the future (and again at this time it is not likely) you would be given plenty of notice so you could purchase your own MB license. If so, and later on we decide to change to WHMCS (ie after Jan 31st) will there be charges associated? If so, how much? - >> The service will simply not be offered by us after that time. Or is the offer before that date only for the installation service? >> Correct, though I'm sure there's plenty of places that will do it for you for a fee. |

Hey I missed the Whole Modern Bill transfer thing ... I would like to switch to WHMCS.
I am assuming that I will now have to set it up myself ... which I actually prefer to do anyway. So how do I proceed? |
