Default Last piece of ModernBill Install Puzzle

First, many thanks to all for posting the various MB install threads. It was your guidance that got me this far. I completed the install, clicked on the url for admin login, and was presented with the following error:

Warning: main() [function.main]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(./include/functions.inc.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (no value) in /home/gw112/public_html/modernbill/index.php on line 23

Warning: main(include/functions.inc.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/gw112/public_html/modernbill/index.php on line 23

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include/functions.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /home/gw112/public_html/modernbill/index.php on line 23

Has anyone else run across this, and if so, any thoughts on a resolution?

I appreciate any information, and look forward to your insights.

-Brian

Do you have your own php.ini in your directory?? If you do, you need to make sure that open_basdir = no value
