Exclamation API for account creation using modernbill V4 and Reseller Central

I use Reseller Central and Modernbill V4 and i am having massive difficulty getting the system automated .

I cant seem to get the orders to process via the API queue? Whats the trick?

I have created my packages in modernbill and have activated the hostnine API but when i try and associate the hostnine packages with the order wizard i get SQL errors.

As far as i know i am supposed to use the names for the packages i have created in H9 as the attribute in the hostnine API . Is this correct ?

I am sure that new orders are supposed to be added to the API queue once they are set to active and have been paid. This is not happening with my account .

If you have any suggestions they would be a great help.

Hey Overtone, I was getting a SQL error when I first set this up..

The trick you need is your Packages need the "Website Location" field, with the Internal Value for Server API should be: "server_location" without the quotes

Without the cron this does not happen automatically - they are there and you can manually process them

I think im not even getting to that stage though .
there is nothing landing in the API queue at all .

when i try and make an order for a package that is associated with the hostnine api i get this sql error

[SQL Error] SELECT variable_value from client_package_variables where cp_id = 27 and var_id = You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

Oh and i checked that the website location was set as suggested and it was . i think something else is going wrong with the system .

any ideas

HI overtone,

that IS the error I was getting.

You need the settings to match to the picture I have attached. This fixed the error for me
