Default DNS outage

Hello,

NS1 and NS2 both experienced an outage this morning around 7am EST.

We have been working diligently since and apologize that we have not posted this thread up until this point.

Both servers are coming back online at this time, and should be 100% functional within the next hour or so.

We greatly apologize for any inconvenience of which this may have caused.

All details we have are here. Please watch this. We have nothing more to tell.

Ns1 is being worked on by the datacenter tech and myself as we speak.
