We will be taking this server down shortly to perform a File System Check (FSCK) on the /tmp partition due to it being read only. ETA is 45 minutes once the process has started. |

We are looking into this issue further.

We are needing to replace the second drive on this server within the RAID array to resolve this issue. This will be completed tonight between 1am - 4am Central Time. During this time the server will be offline until this process is complete.

It appears as if yesterdays maintenance on the Node4 RAID Array did not hold.
We are looking into the issues and have booted this server into a maintenance kernel. It may be offline until 9:30am EST. We appreciate your patience. |

This server is back online and responding to requests. We believe this issue should now be resolved.
We have run some tests and identified a way to consistently reproduce the issue. We have also swapped the RAID controller in this system. The /tmp filesystem is now working properly and we have not been able to recreate the errors we were previously seeing now. |
