Hello,
The Layered Technologies datacenter is currently experiencing a network outage, which is where NS2 is hosted. NS1 is in a different datacenter altogether in Chicago Illinois and is not affected. If sites are not loading at this time, it is likely that your ISP is ignoring NS1 for an unknown reason. LayeredTech/FastServers has not yet made a public announcement of this outage, although it is obvious as http://ltstatus.com is not resolving as it should. Please allow some time for this DC outage to pass as this is not a problem of which we are capable of controlling at this time.
