Default Password reset request

Noticed a problem, anyone else having this issue?
Cant login to H9 billing account due to that email address is no longer in use.

Filing out the request form is no problem, the biggest is getting a confirmation of the new login password. How is one expected to get a reply when the email connected with that account is no longer available, there is no section in the form for an alternative email.

Have sent a ticket requesting help for a client, but seems that the message was not fully read regarding the issue, would be better if only client ID is used instead of logging in with an email address.

If you pay with a credit card open another ticket to billing@hostnine.com and give them the last 4 digits of your card. That should be all they need.

Hi Greg, using the last 4 digits was no problem, but if you notice on the form it has a static email address where mail will be sent to, what if that email ad is no longer available, then you would not get any confirmation for your request.

In my case, now resolved, sent a new ticket to billing, asked them to check out my "request change" added a email address and within minutes I got the new password and changed login address.
