Default Is something wrong with the phones?

I called support today for help on what seems to be a MySQL issue. I got through to someone in a minute, but was put on hold. After a while on hold, the line cut off.

Twice, I have called back, been told by the robot that wait time in the queue was "1" (minute? hour? day?), only to hold for 20 minutes before being cut off again.

I'm on my third try here. Is anyone manning the phones?

UPDATE: Third time not a charm.

Disconnected again @ 20 mins. I tried calling back and choosing Sales from the tree, but gave up after 6 minutes on hold.

I would just open a support ticket. You will get a reply much faster! ^_^

I did, but you'd expect at least some sort of competence at answering the phone. That's an hour on hold across three different calls. No one noticed there was a call waiting?

I don't know what to say man. All my old support tickets got deleted some how and now i am having troubles with my secure server i got from them... and i can't get help with out the ticket ID. I am about to cancel my account!!!
