My yearly invoice is due tomorrow so I go to pay it. H9 accepts Discover card but when I use that card it is rejected by H9. I re-enter my card details but keep getting rejected and get an email saying:
This is a notice that a recent credit card payment we attempted on the card we have registered for you failed. Same thing happened last year and I had to switch to a different card but I will not do that this year. Anybody else having a problem using Discover Card? Ticket ID: ECW-602513 Subject: You are rejecting my Discover card Department: Billing Status: Open |

Not sure what you were trying to say, but I've had zero problems with Discover card and I've been a cardholder for seven years. Merchants don't like them because their fees are the highest of all major cards, but as a cardholder, I love them! ~ Ed |

As this is an account specific issue, it is best to open a Billing ticket for assistance.
As for the Discover issue, we've repeatedly had issues with Discover for over a year now, so we've simply removed it from the site. Discover refuses to fix the issue despite numerous contacts to them regarding the problem, and as almost none of our customers actually use Discover, we removed it from the site to prevent further issues. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. |
