It may have seemed that way a while back but I look from time to time. Here is what I got a few minutes ago:

Checking 75.125.143.178 against 110 known blacklists...

However, I look at this link before when my clients were (and still) getting this blacklisted issue, and sometime this site will be accurate and some other time it wont be.. I wont trust this site too much..well not at 100% for sure. Maybe 75%? hehehe

Who are they getting blacklisted by? There are a few that blacklist everyone .... unless you send them money! They are no longer used by anyone.

I think you mean you *shouldn't* pay to get it delisted - however there are some unscrupulous places out there that do charge you,
