We are constantly working to improve our service. We recently hired a new customer service manager who has been involved in the industry for years. With this new addition to the team we will be able to provide the service and support customers were used to years ago. Not only will this help us improve our existing services but it gives our customers a direct line into our core for suggestions and opinions.
The main issue is I've been so busy with various different tasks it's hard to handle the customer service aspect of things. With Geoff we will be able to accomplish anything and everything our customers have always wanted. We have Reseller Central v3 due out in a few months which is a HUGE step forward from v2 and will include several key features in the backend such as 24/7 blacklist monitoring to ensure these blacklisting issues do not happen again. I can assure you we can rise above any issues with our service and provide you with the service and support you expect/deserve. What's sucks.. its emails.. everything else work like a charm.. but those emails issues are killing my business and my clients business as well. |

And you see, H9 offers unlimited hosting and it attracts people to abuse the server, that is the reason it cause servers being blacklisted then blames on you too. Bad move. I know H9 is great but they need to make alot of improvements to make reselles happy and have a stable service. They always can upgrade to VPS or Dedicated Servers for better control.
