Go back and view all the 'this is great' notes posted by people who join 'name your service provider' - the grass is always greener - for a while at least.

I am happy now - I hope my happyness continues.

GoogleApps is what I am referring to - you still use your domain for the email, the client knows no difference

We are constantly working to improve our service. We recently hired a new customer service manager who has been involved in the industry for years. With this new addition to the team we will be able to provide the service and support customers were used to years ago. Not only will this help us improve our existing services but it gives our customers a direct line into our core for suggestions and opinions.

The main issue is I've been so busy with various different tasks it's hard to handle the customer service aspect of things. With Geoff we will be able to accomplish anything and everything our customers have always wanted.

We have Reseller Central v3 due out in a few months which is a HUGE step forward from v2 and will include several key features in the backend such as 24/7 blacklist monitoring to ensure these blacklisting issues do not happen again.

I can assure you we can rise above any issues with our service and provide you with the service and support you expect/deserve.

If you have any feedback for us please do not hesitate to email customerservice@hostnine.com

We take each and every submission very seriously so please know they will be read and acted upon to the fullest extent.

Did you check my PM?

Be honest, being delisted will not solve anything, it takes forever. That's why I moved out and got my own server and loved it. I know H9 is great but being blacklisted too often doesn't make me happy.

Exactly!!! I sent an email again last night to this new customer manager or whatever it is. I believe Ben is aware of the situation as well since he's looking at this thread. Numerous emails have been sent to h9 about emails during the year..

What's sucks.. its emails.. everything else work like a charm.. but those emails issues are killing my business and my clients business as well.

I understand your pain, when I checked and realized every nodes H9 has are blacklisted and 80% of my emails was send out to their spam folder, I was pissed. I keep telling H9 about that but they don't get it.

I fed up and moved to my own server elsewhere, now it's no blacklisted and I have more control with my servers, IP address, and more control than limited RC has.

If H9 wants to stop blacklisted, they just change entire IP blocks on each sever, it will solve the problem. And you see, H9 offers unlimited hosting and it attracts people to abuse the server, that is the reason it cause servers being blacklisted then blames on you too. Bad move. I know H9 is great but they need to make alot of improvements to make reselles happy and have a stable service. They always can upgrade to VPS or Dedicated Servers for better control. Customers always have choices.

Cheers!
