Thank you.
Please give me the chance to personally resolve this for you. Do you have a ticket in on the nodes affected? If not, can you email me a few domains having blacklist issues? I'll be sure to get any and all issues resolved immediately.

I'm getting blacklisted on node4 with a client who was blacklisted on node1 but moved to node4 last month and the same problem is back again!!!! This is ridiculous!!

A new ticket has been open today #NIZ-731387 , which seems to be transferred to abuse...so another 2-3 days probably.. why h9 servers are getting blacklisted like crazy?

How can we resolve this matter? Can I change or give a static ip to my client instead, this will help? Those blacklist issues are blocking the domain name? or the IP?

they block the IP usually - but even with a static IP I am not sure if the email is sent with the public IP address of the server

static IPs did not help with my situation. It was suggested by H9 that I go to a VPS to resolve the issue. Which I did, just not their VPS offering.

Thanks for the clarification!

However, the VPS is probably more $$$ compare at the Reseller right... Not sure if this will be worth it or not..

without a doubt a VPS is going to cost a bit more and it depends on the needs of the people you are reselling to. For me it was $9/10 a month more, if you need more disk space or more CPU, then the price goes up.

Ben,

I'm sorry, I moved to a new provider and I am really happy and no more spam and I perferly more control with my accounts and that's why I got VPS and loved it.

Are you kidding, right? Gmail is for personal. I use my own domain for business reasons, I need to look professional.

How do you like your new VPS? The one I got elsewhere and loved it and $50 was worth it
