Unhappy Node 36 FEEL STRANDED

Hey guys when are we going to see our sites backup and running, our sites have now been down for 72hours, from your recent post this should have all been fixed and restored by now.

To date all our databases are still not there, I spoke to greg on instant chat and asked if creating a new database would effect the restore, he said that it would not, but when I try to create a new database all I get now are errors.

Please give us an honest reply about if all data will be restored and some realistic time element, we have customers screaming down our neck requesting there money back

What the update ??

I can assure you all of our replies have been honest. r1soft does not give us any ETA on when the restore will finish we've just been using our best judgment. I am showing most of /home has been restored so the databases should be restored by this afternoon. As soon as we see them begin we will update the forums.

There must be a percentage on completion! - This is unacceptable! I would prefer to re-upload all my files...easier and a hell of alot quicker.

Unfortunately r1soft does not provide a % of the progress. We have submitted SEVERAL feature requests due to this restore and I plan on contacting them this week to arrange a meeting as they are in Houston as well.
