Default A concerned citizen

As I have been reading posts and experiencing my own issues, I have become increasingly concerned. I have not beel with H9 for a tremendously long time only about 6 months. It seems however that the service is taking a nose dive. Things that were functional in RC are no longer, the support seems to be taking longer to respond, and there is an overwhelming negative response within these forums.

I was initially impressed with the service and concept of operations. I am starting to doubt my initial observations, and am contemplating moving.

The main problem is DNS. I personally enjoy the ability to make changes to DNS. If we are not able to do it via the DNS cluster, why not make it available within CPanel? I have several websites that like to use mail services offered by hotmail or google, and others that like to use mail filtering services to eliminate spam.

What is happening with H9? Can I expect resolution in some of these areas?

Kindly,
I.M.Concerned

Hi,

The only thing having issues in RC right now is the DNS editor which we're almost finished fixing with cPanel's help. As for support which support tickets have not been answered? I'm only showing 2 tickets in queue right now and we always reply to tickets ASAP.

I have gotten a couple of replies from Nick asking for me to verify some credit card information. I dont even remember which card I paid with last. Why must I log in to a support center to submit a ticket only to have to verify information.

It seems a little rediculous.

Oh and then I updated an old ticket dealing with the same thing only to get the same response....

This is getting frustrating.

You guys are about to lose yet another customer...

I have Nick not working my ticket because I dont remember what credit card I used to pay you.

Another ticket, there is Dan telling me that changes to my dns are made. Yet everywhere I look they are not showing. He then tells me to clear my dns cache. I was using IPTools so I am not sure how he wants me to clear the cache... It is like me saying that dnsstuff is not propagating the right stuff...

This is getting old quick...

We do that for security purposes to protect your account. What is the ticket id?

If you use a few different cards to pay us with, give us a few options. As long as one of them matches your card on file, we'll be able to take care of you. You can actually view which card is on file within the billing center (https://secure.hostnine.com/billing) under My Details > Change Credit Card Details.
